I was listening to an episode of Tyler James’ Comixlaunch podcast and was hit with an interesting prompt for an Art Soundoff entry: Proudly and enthusiastically naming the real reason you make what you make. I need some practice at this, so this episode is my first draft.

While attending to some self care I rediscovered when enough is enough on a page.
Sunday is laundry day as well as weekly planning day, and this time I share some of my thoughts and approaches on how I plan each work week.
I’m making croissants today in celebration of hitting a milestone on a project, which leads to some thoughts on setting rewards for finishing projects. I close with a few thoughts on whether there’s room in journaling for dark thoughts.

Today I share some thoughts on why spreadsheets are a useful organizational tool and how I have to resist the allure of how good schedules look on paper.
