Happy October! I'm happy I get to lean into the spooky season with the introduction of our spooky villain, the technecromancer Count Fishravin, who has changed a lot since the original Doctor Baer minicomic:

The original concept was more of a Baron Mordo kind of idea--really just a sorcerer who competes with Doctor Baer. But he eventually became this leaner, creepy lancetfish who is obsessed with raising the dead through technology. Partially inspired by ideas that inspired this Doctor Baer story.
