The network executive boss alien from PPV: Pay-Per-View, a comic I drew nearly 20 years ago. Found some backup discs of the art, & genuinely surprised by how funny it was (mostly Tom’s doing!).
If you see similarities to G.I. Joe’s Fatal Fluffies, I’m sure it was intentional!
